Our favourite data protection regulation’s fourth anniversary is creeping up, so we thought we’d partner up with our preferred training partners, the London Governance & Compliance Academy (LGCA) and the European Institute of Management & Finance (EIMF), to deliver a webinar looking at GDPR’s successes and failures during its short time here on earth.

Join us on May 31st at 3:30 pm BST for a discussion on GDPR, what it has accomplished, what it has failed to do, what is its future outlook, and plenty more.

Our panellists are eager to tackle your questions, some of which are:

  1. What have been some of the major wins for GDPR during the last four years?
  2. Have there been any notorious shortcomings to what GDPR set out to do? If so, what do you think needs to be done to rectify these mistakes?
  3. What’s your opinion on the sudden hike in fines handed out as a result of failure to comply with GDPR during 2021?
  4. How has GDPR been adopted by countries outside of the European Union? Any success stories?
  5. Has the COVID-19 pandemic have any effect on GDPR and companies complying with its many stipulations?
  6. How has Brexit affected GDPR?
  7. Is there a new EU-US Privacy Shield in the works?
  8. What do you expect for GDPR during the upcoming five years?
  9. And lots more!

We sure hope to have you with us to celebrate GDPR’s fourth birthday!
